Dan
I just now sent Eli an email which touched upon the sadness of a son
losing his dear father. I mentioned his father's legacy to Israel only
in passing. I lost my own dear father in February and I understand the
deep upset this can cause. Today at one of my schools, a teacher got
word that her mother had died this morning, so empathy for the survivors
was uppermost in my mind. Your comments about not being effusive about
his father's accomplishments were already set in my mind. Eli didn't
love his Dad because of what he did for Israel but because this was his father.

Thanks

Audrey
