Actually the Bundy has a single register key (high on the body) for all note=
s=20
above the long B, whereas the Selmers (Buffet, et. al) have a double registe=
r=20
key mechanism; one (high on the body, but not quite as high as the single=20
key models) for notes from the long B thru D# and a second one on the neck=20
for notes from E thru the altissimo. While intonation is improved, the=20
biggest benefit is the ease of playing notes which have the register key on=20
the neck.
