Ten years ago, at Los Angeles Vallley College I played the school's Bundy
bass clarinet in the Wind Ensemble. A studio musician who played baritone
sax/bassclarinet in the jazz A band used the school's aging Selmer bass
clarinet. The latter had a problem, and was taken in for repair, which was
done well, but took some time. In the interim, the pro had to use the Bundy
in the concert. After that we had to work out a sharing schedule, for the
Bundy.
