Jack,
It used to be published by Carl Fischer (or was it Belwin?). Have you
checked to see if they will do up an archival copy for you? Also, check around
to the various vendors of Band/Orchestral music. One might have a copy sitting
unsold on the shelf. Finally, I know (haing performed it) that Kingsborough
College (formerly COMMUNITY COLLEGE) in Brooklyn, NY has a full set. Whether
you can get the band leader to loan it to you is another matter entirely. And
I won't even go into the illegal matter of xeroxing a copy (even if it is
P.O.P.)...
