No. Because you are not buying from eBay. You are bidding on individual
auctions by individual sellers. A few sellers will let you return it if you
don't like it after winning the auction but that is not the norm. Like any
live auction it is buyer beware and you take your chances. Ask sufficient
questions to determine the condition of the instrument. If they can't
answer, don't bid but go on to a different instrument. Also know the value
of used instruments so you don't get caught up in the bidding. Know the
costs of playing overhauls and full overhauls in your area so that you can
estimate what your total cost will be after winning the auction and then
having the instrument overhauled.

Having said all this, I have got some very nice items in the eBay auctions.
