....and this is way off topic, but when my wife & kids & I were walking
in the Norwegian countryside, a man with a pitchfork came up to us and
--- without warning --- put his arms around me, kissed me on the cheek,
and said: "Americans saved my wife's life during the War. Thank you" and
then he walked back to his farm without further comment.
