I'm making my stupid pet human type this for me.

If Rebecca was playing her baritone sax, the purring cat may have approved
most heartily, and wanted to express support and approval on behalf of the
feline population generally. I always make a point of appreciating Lelia's
bass sax, because I wish she would play that a lot more and the nasty little
screech-sticks less, or better yet, never. The band director who disapproved
had probably fallen under vile influences, of which there are plenty in a
marching band: The drums! The cymbals! The brazen brasses! The squealing
screech-sticks! The stomping of many feet! The horror, the horror! The
unfortunate cat assigned to listen to all this racket and report back on it
to the local Feline Council probably sought out the player of one of the few
bearable instruments in the march.

Sssst,
Shadow Cat
