Someone was commenting that there must be another use for broken
clarinets besides lamps.

How about plugging the barrel and bending the pads to one side? Bury
the mouthpiece in a piece of florist's foam at the bottom of the
champagne bowl, run the champagne pump's tubing up to the bell (black
tubing to match the grenadilla), and....

We have the ideal champagne fountain for a clarinetist's wedding !!!

Plus.... with a jacket and some sleight-of-hand, the clarinetist could
pull the clarinet out of the bowl and play the wedding dance! Klezmer,
Vienna waltz, jazz, whatever suits the occasion.
