About two years ago, I posted this very idea on this list as my "dream"
environment. At the beginning of each piece, the director could download the
music to the digital stands as required. Today's technology would even allow
one to use a stylus to make annotations that could be remembered with the
image.

The benefit of silent and consistent page turns would by itself be worth the
price. And, actually, we are not too far from this today.

As soon as I can get a business plan and some venture capital...
