I've played this piece a few times - here is my solution.
Photocopy the last page of mvt 3. Open it up before you begin the
movement. I turn the page at the bottom of p. 7 and p. 9 as a one handed
turn. At the bottom of p.9 there is a long A (1st leger line above the
staff) which will give you ample opportunity for the turn. The bottom of
p. 7 is a bit trickier. You have three beats, plus the D and E quarter
notes on the next page to get the page over. With practice, you can make
that in the rests alone. In both these cases I turn with the right hand
while fingering the applicable notes. I haven't missed yet! ;-)
I also photocopy the very first page of mvt 1 and open it top play three
pages at the beginning without a turn.
