Great question. I just got a new Seiko (perhaps the same model). I have
found out a few things perhaps I didn't want to know.

The 2001 R-13 Bb is almost spot on note for note.
My Schaller 1959 R-13 Bb is spot on until the upper register, when G to high
C tend to go sharp (and significantly so)
My 1995 vintage R-13 A is fairly accurate, but the low F for some reason
pegs flat (though the G immediately above hits a bulls-eye).

My 1949 A is sharp through the throat tones down to low C.

All instruments appear to be pitched 2 to 4 beats sharp as a general rule.
