I went to a dental technician who made a plaster mold of my lower teeth
and then produced several covers from the mold in a thin but firm
plastic. I used to use back to back pieces of adhesive tape, but it
loses its shape too easily.It hugs the teeth and is very comfortable and
I don't even feel it.
