You can see episode listings, with titles, for "Monk" along with a number
of other "Science Fiction/Fantasy/Etc. TV Shows" (I assume "Monk" falls
in the "Etc." category) at http://www.sftv.org/sftv/sftvschd.txt. The
episode title to watch for is "Mr. Monk and the Red-Headed Stranger."
Note that the ABC and USA listings are in different places on the page.

ObClarinet: It bothered me that Monk and Willie didn't seem to think that
reeds were necessary on a clarinet, but I imagine the episode would have
suffered from lack of drama if Monk had had to get a reed out of a box,
wet it, fasten it in place, etc. By then the non-clarinet-playing audience
would probably have changed channels.
