A few of my students have had success using EZOs. They are dental cushions
that are actually wax over gauze. You can cut them to the length you want
and fit them over your bottom teeth. They will last for several days. They
only cost 2 or 3 dollars for a box of about 10, and if they don't work for
you, you have not invested much checking them out. You can get them from Wal
Mart or any store in the dental section. Some of my students didn't like
them at all and I personally don't like the way they feel, but two of my
students use them and like them.
