A couple years ago we had a young 7th grage girl who had a solo in the
school concert and she wanted her horn to be clean and shiney. She emersed
her new alto sax in a tub of hot soapy water and had it looking better than
new. But just before the concert, she found it wouldn't play anymore, so we
had to dig up a quick replacement for her solo. Willie
