Fun to see John Colbert's name; I, too, studied with John half a
generation ago. He was then living in Richmond, VA, and playing with
the RSO, and I was doing time at the University of Virginia. Does
anyone know where/how he is now?

It's freezing cold and snowing in Reykjavík in October. What did we
