Leblancs should FEEL very comfortable to you if you already play a Vito,
since most of their models (except the very top ones) use virtually
interchangeable keywork. Intonation should be significantly improved on
the better models, if only because more handwork is done undercutting
toneholes, etc. Leblancs are certainly worth considering, as are Selmer
(Paris) models and Yamahas. You might try several brands and models,
settling on a particular one, and THEN see if you can do a
try-three-buy-one to find a particularly nice version of the model you
selected. Remember, it is all about finding the instrument that makes it
easiest to get the sound YOU want, not about particular brand labels.
