No. "In-corrigible" is taken straight from Latin
cor-rigere/cor-rectum 'set straight,' while "courage" is a French
item derived from the word that comes out as Modern French coeur
'heart' (which is, in turn, descended from Latin cor 'heart'). No
relationship at any stage.
