Yes, the standard < R3 - L3 - right pinkie - register and A > works
for me. However, while it relieves stuffiness, it doesn't cure the
pitch.

As a further example of how instruments vary --- Tremendous New
Discovery! heh! --- the side key Bb fingering is sharp on my student
instrument.... for me, at this moment. This changeability from one
moment to the next shouldn't happen, of course.

(I do understand that 'stuffiness' can be misperceived as wrong pitch,
and hence the two problems are related.)
