The name of this effect is "multiphonic". If you go to
http://www.woodwind.org/clarinet and then click on Klarinet Archives and
finally search for "multiphonic", you'll find much discussion of the
details, including titles of books that discuss multiphonics.

By the way, unless you are limited by your computer software or
hardware, using all capital letters is considered to be "SHOUTING" on
the Internet, similar to shouting during a conversation.
