yes, I live in Sweden. Unfortunately I do not know too much about the
music education, so I hope someone else can describe it to you (I'm
just an amateur clarinetist, for the moment also playing baritone
sax). I took clarinet lessons and played in the school orchestra in
elementary school, but I cannot remember how much I, or rather my
parents, was charged for this and how much the instrument rent was
(but it was a reasonable price, and there was definitely also tax
money used for covering the costs of this music education).
