How do you suppose they came up with $200,000? The fully burdened cost
(including vacation, insurance, pension, taxes) of a full-time instructor is
probably no more than $70,000. Repair and maintenance of school-owned
instruments is probably less than $10,000. A luxurious budget for new music is
probably $2,000.

I don't understand the rest of that figure.
