Lime is my favorite. It does a good job of automatically laying out the
notation for good readability and appearance. It lays out slurs
automatically, and takes care of spacing for the syllables of lyrics, both of
which can be very labor-intensive in some notation programs. Free and
unlimited trial, $65 to register.
