Does anyone know the materials used to make cork grease?

The stuff smells like the ointment that the coach in high school would
give you when you spain/ pulled a muscle or two. I think it was call
WINTERGREEN OINTMENT.

I seems to me that tube of CHAP STICK like stuff it a little over
priced.

Any one have a good substitute?
