Gary (& list),
I was in a hurry yesterday when I replied and didn't have time to give you
all I know about the pieces on this CD.
The Jerry Sears pieces (Liza and The Blue Room) have been out of print for
many years.
Black and White Rag (arr McLeod) is in stock at JW Pepper.
There is an arrangement of the Gershwin Three Preludes by Gareth Brady
which I think is better than the one on this CD. It is available here:
http://www.comusedition.com/a_woodwind.htm#028
Here is a web page on Terence J. Thompson which lists the publisher of
Suite City Scenes:
http://www.britishacademy.com/members/thompson.htm
There is a posting in the archives from Michael Bryant earlier this year
where the Willy Mortier piece is identified as the Niagara (Jazz Suite) and
is published by Editions J. Maurer in Brussels. I can't find a web site
for them.
Here is the home page of Ronald Van
Spaendonck. http://www.vanspaendonck.be/index.jsp It has contact
information on it.
Hope this helps.
Gary
