I don't know an internet site, but if you need the dictionary for class,
would it be handy to keep a printed pocket reference, small enough to carry
around anywhere, including rehearsals where you might not have Internet
access? There are several good pocket references on the market. They're
cheap and most music stores carry at least one. I keep one next to the
computer at my desk and another on my piano, because using the booklets is
way faster for me than going online to look something up, especially if I'm
in the middle of practicing and the music claims to be a Zamacueca and I
don't have a clue! My husband keeps yet another pocket reference in his
rehearsal take-along bag. We use these quick references constantly, even
though we've got Grove's. All of these explain the meanings of music score
symbols, foreign words and so forth:

The "Schirmer Pronouncing Pocket Manual of Musical Terms" (from the same
Schirmer in New York that publishes sheet music) is a good old reliable one
that's been around with multiple revisions, since 1905 (I have the fifth
edition from 1995). It's a small paperback book.

The "Schaum Dictionary of Musical Terms," from Schaum Publications (the sheet
music publisher) is another good one, in the form of a lighter-weight
paperback pamphlet: (I have the 1980 edition but I think the Schaum manual
has been continuously in print for decades, too.)

"The Harvard Brief Dictionary of Music," a standard-sized paperback book, is
published by Pocket Books in New York. My husband clings to his tattered,
1961 edition, but it's still in print.

Good luck!
Lelia
