I have in my hands Jettel Volumes 2 and 3.

As you've seen, Volume 2 is very much like Baermann III. However the
range is much more extended and there are exercises in 4th, 5ths, 6ths
and 7ths as well as various other chord arpeggiation exercises.

Volume has 28 etudes which are just plain hard, technically. Musically,
for me they are not as satisfying as other methods. At the end of the
book the is "The Chromatic Scale over four ocatves in long held notes"
with a rather interesting and complicated piano accompaniment to it.
This would be a fun intonation/long-tone exercise if one could find a
pianist willing to work it up (and play it on an in-tune piano!)
