I love competitions! My band isn't quite good enough for a clean sweep in
our division, but they managed to pull off an over-all Superior rating last
night, along with the Drum Major (who - not to brag :) - is me), but the
drum line and guard only got Excellent ratings. Anyway, the two bands that
won in their divions were invited to play in the St. Patrick's Day Parade in
Dublin in 2003 or 2004. I'm rather curious about the validity of that offer
as well...
