You can buy a package that includes SharpEye and Dolet Music XML (which is
the format needed to send files from SharpEye to Finale) at
http://store.recordare.com. SharpEye itself is produced and marketed by
www.visiv.co.uk, but they don't include the Dolet plug-in in their offers,
and without that the Finale connection won't work. Either site will sell the
software as a download with a credit card. SharpEye is $140 and the package
price at Recordare is $149.95.

Incidentally, for anyone who's had the problem of file compatibility among
various versions of Finale, the Dolet XML plug-in solves it for any versions
from Finale 2000 (I think) to the newest one (2003). It's available by
itself for $19.95.

I have no business connection with either company - I've just been a very
happy customer since last April.
