I used to have around 15 recordings of the Brahms Quintet.

One day I decided to listen to the first movement of all 15 of them.

I seem to remember that at the end, I thought a Viennese player stood
out. Probably it was Boskovsky. I think his version of the Mozart
Quintet is excellent, too.

Subsequently, I gave them all away.
