Walter,
I have a Leblanc Bb and an A double LL`s which I`ve put up on the list a
couple of times. I feel that they are both 'blown out' which is the term we
used 12 months ago whilst discussing on klarinet how to 're-charge' them,
intonation-wise. I`ve tried to sell them here in the U.K. without success. I
have felt slightly guilty, as I feel they are now quite useless. They have
the articulated G# i.e. 17 key 7 ring, (on the C/G hole).

If you can cover the shipping - i.e. two wooden clarinets, double case and
outer zip cover, plus packing, I will donate the A with my compliments. They
will both require extensive overhaul together with new barrels, and
mouthpieces.
If, whilst also sending the Bb, you feel you are able to do something with
these instruments, I would like to suggest that maybe the Bb could be sold
on, (as opposed to your son`s orch. taking the A), if you believe the Bb to
be of saleable value. I will put myself in your hands then to devide
whatever you feel you deserve, and what you feel I may ask for, after your
work has been completed.

I was thinking of passing them on to grandchildren, but none are appearing,
so you are welcome to do whatever you wish to do, to give them a good home.
