In a normal pregnancy, there should be no problem at all. With my first child, I played a concert three days before he was born. (It was a summer concert series - I'm told the audience was actually taking bets as to whether I'd finish the series!) Obviously, breath control is affected. I wasn't able to sustain phrases as long. But that's really the only thing I noticed. That, and that after the baby was born he seemed more responsive to clarinet sounds than any other instrument.
Good luck to you!
