My biggest concern about this little piece of eye-candy is the health of the
kids. Are they actually making lip/mouth contact with the part of the mouthpiece
with the nail polish on it? Is this safe?

I can remember using nail polish remover to kill bugs for my collections when I
was in junior high; I don't know if nail polish itself is as nasty.
