All of my Vandoren mouthpieces are labelled with gold ink that flakes
off fairly easily. It's easy to believe that the word "Vandoren" and
their curly-cue design have disappeared from an older mouthpiece and
only "B45" remains. (This is nearly the case on my B45, actually.) I
don't think that any other company uses the "B45" label.
