Your email program probably displays a "reply" button, and perhaps your
keyboard has a "reply" key as well. Click or press either of them.

If you wish to quote from the message to which
you are replying, simply "copy" from the original message before you hit
"reply", and then "paste" whatever you copied into your reply, and label
it with something to the effect of "So-and-so wrote:" as you see above.

By the way, since your anti-spam address includes the word "hardcore",
you may have already consulted a biology text in order to learn the
meanings of all the words in the address. If you don't know, then you
should take a few minutes to find out. Be advised that at least one of
us on this mailing list finds the word offensive and is unlikely to
reply to anyone who includes it in his address in the future. "Goofus"
or "idiot" will serve the purpose just as well.
