You are in luck if you are looking for an accurate time device at reasonable
price. Many cellular phone companies are upgrading their HP built, GPS
controlled time domain standard devices. These digital "clocks" are as
accurate as any mere mortal might need and you can get one for a few hundred
bucks on eBay ! <LOL>
