The Artley would be my LAST choice among reputable brands (I'm not
including Chinese garbage horns from the Penney's catalog, etc.). Also,
the 3rd line B is the one note MOST vulnerable to mis-adjustment of the
instrument, since the leaks are additive throughout, and the adjustment of
the little foot under the right pinkie keys is particularly critical for
that note. If that is all it is, it is a quick and easy fix for any repair
tech.
