Have you been getting physical therapy?

I really hurt my right hand (was both but the left is mostly better)
quite
badly this past May. It was a minor car accident which I gripped the
hell
out of the steering wheel. (you would too if you were about to wreck
a
Jag). Car's been fixed for a while, but until late August, I had a
tremendous amt of tingling in it, but now that has basically gone away.
Now
my wrist under my thumb stiffens up big time if I don't move it for
about 20
minutes - so in a Movie, it stiffens up a LOT to the point where I
can't
bend it at all without a lot of pain. It also freezes up after sleeping
of
course. I suspect that it is the synovial fluid that is doing it, and
possibly some Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, but there aren't the Carpal
Symptoms
anymore - just the stiffening.

Does anyone else have that? Does Glucosamine help??? I'm taking
anti-inflamatories and seeing a hand surgeon Thursday (haven't been for
3
months as I don't like Med Dr's for my hands (as they can't ever do
much).
