My condolences on your condition, really. But it wasn't speaking of September 11 that annoyed me. I won't speak for others, but personally, the details of how greatly acclaimed your songs are, how unique your fugues, etc. etc. are mentioned to the point that you sound like a broken record. You've been tooting your own horn quite a bit since I joined this list, and after reading it once I havem't forgotten about it.
So it wasn't 9/11 that personally torked me, it was your seemingly absolute lack of modesty every single time you've mentioned your work, and I would wager the guess that that is what others are peeved over as well, especially since you did so on such an emotionally loaded day.
