I can help you with question 3.

There is a great CD of a bunch of the Solos de Concours, including the
Rabaud. It is a Clarinet Classics CD with Victoria Soames as the
performer. There is a bunch of other nice stuff on there as well. A
while back, I was studying Bozza's Bucolique for the ICA competition,
this CD is the only recording of that work I know of. check out
www.clarinetclassics.com and I think they also have it on Amazon. Just
search for "Solos de Concours".
