You may be interested in another article published recently in the
Australian Dental Journal [Vol 27, Nr 1, June 2002, pp. 2-11] entitled
"Specific Orofacial Problems Experienced by Musicians". It pays particular
attention to wind instrument players. However, I was surprised to find
that many orofacial maladies are associated with stringed instruments.

Regrettably, so far as I know, there is no web-site access to the article.
