The SHAPE (Safety and Health in Arts Production and Entertainment)
organization in Vancouver, BC, Canada has put out an excellent
publication called "Listen While You Work: Hearing Conservation for
the Arts". I don't know what's involved in obtaining copies, as mine
was complimentary, but if anyone on the list is concerned about this
occupational/recreational hazard, I strongly suggest ordering a copy.
