Some rather large orchestral parts (and the usual audition material) are:

Strauss - Til Eulenspiegel
Ravel - Daphnis and Chloe, and Bolero
Shostakovich - Symphony #6 - big solo, #5 - 8 bars in mvmt. II
the 8th has a pretty big solo, and the 10th and 7th have little ones.
Berlioz - Symphony Fantastique
Stravinsky - the Rite of Spring, and the original Firebird orchestration.
Copland - El Salon Mexico, and some nice stuff in the 3rd symphony
(never on auditions)
Mahler - little solos in all the symphonies. Occasionally you will find one
of the delicate tutti passages on auditions.

The massive scherzo of the Hindemith Quintet for Clarinet and Strings is
for Eb clarinet.

Solo works I know:

Easley Blackwood - Sonatina for Eb Clar, and Piano
(recorded by John Yeh)
Barny Childs - Instant winners for Eb Clar solo
My own Sonata for Eb Clarinet and Piano - recording and score/parts
available through my website
The aforementioned Molter Concertos

I'm sure I've missed a couple. I love the Eb Clarinet! The hardest thing I
ever played was the part to Strauss' "Frau ohne Schatten," and the most fun
(but very hard) was Shostakovich's "Lady Macbeth of Mtzensk."

Cheers,

Sean Osborn
