As far as general tution, at NMSU it is a little over $1600 per semester
in-state. However, as far as participation in ensembles, it's the other
way around! Students who perform in the marching band or concert band(s)
receive a grant for each semester they are in that particular group.
They pay us to be in the group as opposed to it being the other way
around! :) As far as private lessons, as far as I know, the cost is not
in dollars but in credits. 30 minutes being a 2 credit lesson and 60
minutes being 4 credits.
