For ome time I wonder: isn't the E11 in Europe the same as the R13 in the USA?

I was cleaning it with the swab that came with it

Ever since I play clarinet I use an old handkerchief to clean the instrument. I
took a chop stick (you know: the kind of stick Chinese people use to eat with),
made a small incision somewhere near thew top and connected a rope to the
chopstick, tightly around the incision, and the handkerchief. Sometimes ot
clogs, but by slightly pulling back the problem is removed. And it works better
then any kind of swab I've ever seen, even better then the original
"handkerchieves" that come with BC instruments, where a silk handkerchief is
connected to kind of silk tube with a small [piece of lead at the other end.

For my claribass -- sorry, bass clarinet, I use two handkerchieves. One now
after ten years tore up.

Greetings

Rien
