Dan,

I forgot to mention one other thing. I
noticed it when I went from Utah to
Chicago and played a gig on Navy Pier. I
felt like I had aviation fuel in my
lungs when it came to phrasing and
blowing through the horn. Utah will
leave you short of breath. That's why
the Jazz have a slight advantage when
teams come to our high place to play
basketball. Coming from Kentucky could
leave you wondering how you're going to
get to the end of a phrase.
