As others have said, you should really take it to a repair tech. One thing you might can do is to use a pair of needle nosed pliers and try to pull it out. Pull the swab out in reverse, do not try to continue pulling in the same direction it went in. If you can't grab it and pull it out easily (don't damage the wood with the pliers), don't continue trying, take it to your repair tech.

I was always taught and I teach my students to always swab from the top down just in case the swab gets stuck or the string breaks. It is normally easier to pull it out from the top than from the bottom. And, like others have said, using a silk swab will probably prevent the sticking problem.
