Barb, et al,

The chamber and material of Sumner mouthpieces had particular appeal to C.
Robert Scott of Lansing, MI, a well-known mouthpiece refacer and woodwind
technician. Scotty has used various blanks beginning with Chedeville, then
Woodwind, Sumner, and when Sumners were no longer available, Riffault. If my
memory serves me correctly, the stock facings of Sumners ran from 1 to 4.

Corrections/additions, anyone?
