I just came across a Bb clar "Sumner Acousticut rubber 3" mouthpiece that I
have. It came w/ a used Evette & Schaeffer clarinet I've had for years. I
guess I just forgot that I had it. At any rate, I tried it out today and
found it interesting. It seemed to produce a bit darker sound than the
VanDoren B44 I've always used.

I am wondering if anybody can give me the specifics on this mouthpiece. I
searched th Klarinet archives and found a conversation related to this
mouthpiece from 1999, but it didn't discuss the specifics of facing &
opening.

Can anybody help?
