Johann Gottfried Henrik Mann's Concerto was published by Reulhe and
Wendling. This publisher no longer exists. It was located in Berlin,
Leipzig and Wiesbaden. I do not know if it was absorbed into
another publisher.

Unlike the French library system, the German system is distributed
(uncentralised). (Region: State/Hochschule/University)
In the circumstances, a helpful guide to all German music libraries
and their specialisations is:

Marion Summerfeld: Handbuch der Muskbibliotheken in Deutschland,
Deutsches Bibliothekinstitut (DBI), Berlin. [My edition is 1994]

There is no guarantee that this work's score or parts have survived the wars
(in Germany). I may be necessary to look elsewhere.

I suggest you try Berlin first which is the largest, if you have not already
done so, followed by Leipzig, where the publisher may have has its
headquarters. It is confusing that there were at least three Ruehles:
Richard and Robert in Berlin, and Carl in Leipzig. Under the heading of
Libraries/Europe/Germany, Groves gives a short summary for each of the
larger libraries, which needs to be read. Let us know how
you get on!
